Shipping Policy

Shipping & Returns


UK shipping only.

We currently offer free delivery on all UK orders.


Orders received by noon Monday-Friday and before 10am Saturday will be dispatched the same day, orders received after noon will be dispatched the following working day.


Please ensure to review your details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible should you enter your details incorrectly. 


Orders are posted using Royal mail 2nd Class and should be with you within 2-3 days.


We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, any orders placed to be delivered to Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded.


We retain all receipts for proof of postage, If however your order is delayed or appears to be ‘lost in the post’ no refund will be issued until a full investigation has been undertaken by royal mail and the full waiting time of 10 working days has passed in line with Royal mail guidelines.


We love our products and we hope you do too, if  however you have received your goods and you wish to return them or if any problems occur with your shipment (loss/damage) we ask that you contact us so that we can do our best to rectify the matter, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded.

Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) straight away.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
